It’s 6am. The sun’s poking up, the birds are chirping (probably), and the kitchen crew starts the first cook of the day. The smell of grapefruit fills the entire building. I say “probably” because I don’t get in until 9am. I do smell the fresh batch of ruby red grapefruit gummies, though. Today is going to be a great day.
